Severe pain between my shoulders from computer work?

I'm sure this is a common problem, but how do you get it to go away? I've had x-rays and mris and there's no disc problem. But it's a stabbing pain between my shoulders that shoots to my hands and working on the computer makes it worse. And I have an immaculately ergonomic desk set-up. I tried chiropractics and acupuncture too to no avail, not to mention some deep tissue massage.

  1. Work for a shorter period of time between breaks. Make sure your monitor and keyboard are high enough. Other than that it is something genetic.
  2. i had the same problem. just wait and try to make more sport or other physical exercise. it will help or if you can, try to spend less time in front of your computer.
