1. There are a number of ways your company can reduce its impact on the environment. First and foremost, you should make sure your company recycles all paper and plastic products (where available). Paper and plastic waste is a leading contributor to landfills. Second, reuse all ink and toner cartridges used in company printers. Inkjet cartridges should only be refilled three times (after which the heads will wear out), but the plastic cartridges can be recycled after that. Third, set all company computers to activate a screensaver function or power-save function after 10 minutes of inactivity. Finally, ensure that when your company's executives attend out-of-town meetings, they carpool to reduce fuel usage and carbon dioxide emissions. If your company implements these basic strategies, your company, as well as the environment, will be greener.
