Ergonomics Computer

if i brought in an ergonomic keyboard & mouse to work, should myself or my employer pay for Batteries??

cus the batteries keep dying. so i was considering bringing in my rechargeable batteries but realized i shouldn't cus i need them at home. then i thought about buying rechargeable batteries for work, but then i wondered why should I pay for them? should i ask my boss to purchase rechargeable batteries for me? i don't know if i should just buy cheap ones for $20?

  1. you buy them - get another set of rechargeables for yourself if you leave your job you're going to take your keyboard and stuff with you, right? then they're yours and they're your responsibility keep it simple
  2. I agree. If it is something you brought in for convenience you are responsible for it. It would be different if it was a "reasonable accommodation" to a disability.
