  1. i would choose the ibm because it has more ram and seems like a better computer a dell can sometimes be a hassle
  2. The IBM - no contest. It is a better machine spec wise, comes with some fairly expensive software, and an extra monitor...
  3. get the ibm
  4. Both are average but the IBM is better
  5. yup, I concur, get the IBM. I love my big blue ;)
  6. Though I love Dell for it's configurable systems, this is a hands down slaughter for Dell....Winner IBM.
  7. IBM. the dell's cpu speed is much lower than 2 ghz 1400mhz = 1.4ghz which is quite quite slow. the average now days is AT LEAST 2 ghz i'm running 2.66Ghz and i know people running over 4Ghz on quad core processors.... thats 4 cpu's (kinda) running at double time if you want faster get a good processor with a good video card thats all i have to say RAM is quite cheap to buy, so don't worry about that until later.
  8. Do NOT buy the dell Its Junk. Get the IBM its much better.
