microsoft ergonomic keyboard 4000 problem help?

I hit ctrl back thinking it would go back a page instead my screen went sideways. I can't get my screen straight I tried unplugging, restarting and ctrl forward and back and its not working. help please.

1. This is actually your video card, press ctrl+alt+arrow (left, right, up, down) each of these will rotate your monitor. Your keyboard is not doing anything wrong. you might have accidentally pressed both ctrl & alt at the same time
